Design build has taken many forms and definitions in today’s construction industry. Landmarc Construction’s approach to design build is that we contract and manage the entire process and design team, allowing the client to focus on other objectives. We act as a single point of contact and take responsibility for project design, quality, cost, schedule and construction. This form of contract provides for an efficient, fast track project delivery system which reduces time, risk, redundancies in fees, administrative costs and contingencies. In addition, project objectives are identified through out design and budget development allowing for continual reviews and immediate “go", "no go” feedback from the client who allows continuing progress of phased documents and construction.
