Under this arrangement, we provide the role as the owner’s manager/representative and advocate. We operate as an objective member with the personnel and experience to manage preliminary requirements, design, preconstruction and construction. Our ability to manage teams, estimate costs, schedule performance, analyze constructability, and foresee complications ensures that the Owner's priorities always come first. Our objective is to execute the task, advise and assist owners with information that is in their best interest.
